RBA rate cut February 2025: What and when is your lender changing?

The Reserve Bank of Australia (RBA) has officially cut the cash rate by 25 basis points in February, taking it down from 4.35% to 4.10% p.a. We anticipate that most lenders will be passing on the full rate cut.
What does a 0.25% interest rate cut mean for my mortgage?
In real terms a 0.25% rate cut will reduce a $500,000 variable rate home loan (with 25 years remaining) by $77 per month.
